Chapter 15: Sports Day

It was her sports day on last Saturday. She had practice session for last one week and all set for sports day.Kids are asked to wear Klay T-shirt and tracks. And to be present in the DLF by 10.00 am.

Since my Husband had a certification at Koyambedu from 10 to 11.15, we planned like Achayan will go for exam in our car and me and Amy pick a cab to DLF for Sports event. After exam, he will come and pick us from DLF.

Saturday morning ,I wake up early and prepared lunch and breakfast. By 8.30 only Amy got wake up.by the time Achanyan got ready to go for his exam. Since it was sports day and she have to be outdoor, I asked Achayan to take and give her cooling’s from the Car, before he leave.

By 9 he started and I was feeding Amy. He told me to come and get the cooling from entrance of our flat. I asked him to give a call, once he take the car from basement and reach entrance.

After sometime he himself came with the glass and told he tried calling me in landline and I didn’t pick.I told him that the landline didn’t ring.

After feeding her, I made her bath and dressed her in her Klay T-shirt and pants. I told her that I will help her to put socks once I took bath and was changing the dress when I received a call from my husband.

I picked the call and he asked me whether I saw his WhatsApp message. I said no. He asked me to see that and cut the call. I checked my WhatsApp to see a pick from Achayan. It was our car ,met with an accident and got entirely damaged.By Gods grace nothing happened to my husband.

I showed the pic to Amy and told her that her breezza kuttan got damaged. She started crying.. L

I was not in a mood to take Amy to her Sports day. Amy was also bit Sad.

When I asked her to change ther dress and we will stay at home, first she hesitated and told me that she want to go to school, then after sometime she herself came and asked me to change her dress.

Afternoon we took her to workshop and she started crying after seeing breezza..

Telling “My breezza kuutan got hurt..”

The car is still in workshop and it will take few more days to get it repaired. But still Amy is asking every day for her breezza kuttan.

Chapter 14: Marriage

Hi all,

Today I am gonna tell you about a small incident happened on a day morning.

The day before, while we were returning from office, we were discussing about some marriage. (I can’t remember the exact conversation). Suddenly Amy asked me whether we are married.

Actually she don’t know what is marriage and she didn’t attend any marriage except one, which occurred while she was only 1 year only.A told her that I and her Dad are married.

So came the next question,.. “Then where was I when you both got married????”.

Interesting,,..

For a Joke ,I told her that we dropped her at school, then we went and got married. She became sad.She was telling…”that is bad, that is Bad.. You should have taken me also for your marriage.”

After sometime we reached home and the night went as normal.

Next day morning, She came out of her bed and said: “ I won’t talk to you both”

 Me and my husband asked “Why”

“You both didn’t take me to your marriage. So I won’t talk anymore …”

I understood that she didn’t forget the joke we had the day before.

Then I made her sit on my lap and told her. That it was a joke and we got married before she was born.
